I stumbled upon this website while researching another property on Sanibel Island: Huricane House.
It appears this one is also a Hilton operated place. Can anyone point me to the 'official website' or otherwise provide some of the following information:
1) where might casa ybel be located? there is no address on this site that I can find, other than a map that includes 'gulf drive' on the listing.
2) What are the monthly maintenance fees? I'm interested in fixed weeks just before/after the new year, if they're even available at this resort. From one of the comments I read it appeared that there might be a variation in fees based on time of year???
3) Any other insights people might have in comparing this to other resorts. I realize there is a premium with Hilton resorts, but I must say I was impressed with the way Hur-House was run. It was clean and nice units.
If anyone has anything to share I'd love to hear from you.
Oh, finally, I'm interested in obtaining a block of about 2-6 weeks sequentially. I won't need them all each year. I'm assuming since this is a Hilton run resort they also offer a rental management service. If so, can anyone direct me to a price list? |
