Message:   Help! I own 4 weeks at Casa Ybel and have only received 3 bills. Since the beginning of December I have called the resort 3 times and included a request in the payment of one of my weeks for the bill to be forwarded to me. The resort has called Hilton to get me a bill, but still nothing. Does anyone have a name at Hilton that I can write to? Any other ideas to get this bill?
