Probably a good idea that one of the conditions of accepting listing a week for rent is that Carl/the site must be be notified that the week is rented within one week of it actually having happened.
Another column on the web site rental/sale section indicating 'rented'might work or simply having it removed.
It is a good service,and money saving opportunity for the owners to rent via the site and should not become a source of frustration to prospective renters,who in turn might become buyers.
The continued listing of already rented weeks may give the impression that the units are not renting which may in fact depress the market value for sales and/ or rentals.
It is all about supply and demand!
