The people that are renting from the owner's are getting a great deal and it is worth their time and effort. What we do if the week is rented is to say that these weeks typically rent almost a year in advance and that we are taking reservations for next year. You will always have those that are looking to rent late, and that really is their problem to find something at a late date. It is not a big deal to send e-mails to the listings and find this out. Yes, they may be frustrated, but they will learn if they really want to come to Casa y bel, that they need to plan ahead, in most cases. Just our opinion. |
