Hello David;
Please read instruction line under the main title of this page "Casa Ybel Owner's Forum".
The Forum is meant for owners to air ideas or suggestions for the betterment of the Casa Ybel Resort.
Rentals and Sales are found in our main menu on www.casaybel.com (Left column of sea shells)
Since we have hundreds of sales and rental questions, such as rental and sales, we must keep them on the main listings to stay organized in a data form. The #6 sea shell is for WISHES, such as yours.
If you had gone to the data base, you would have found Barnes has a unit for rent that particular week 27
( Phone 423-282-4175)
If you rent her unit you can place your own unit wk 21 on the rental data base.
It's only $35 and will stay on till we reach that week 21.

If you rent it earlier please give me a call for removal of listing.
If rented units are not removed when rented they create a false impression on occupancy rates and could make owners lower their rentals unnecessarily.

Owners in General:
For the benefit of other owners always please ask for removal of listing when rented, money in your hand.
If owners find listings that have been rented (and still on Webb) please give me a call.
I will not remove units before I speak to the owner, they paid for the listing, so I will confirm with them before removal.
Sales listings ($25-) are good for 12 months. They will remain on the web one year beyond listing date if so desired (See Right hand column on data base)
"Wish lists" are $35 and will stay on web till consumed and reported, or when date has passed.
