Thank you for your honest opinion and for taken time out to do something about our obvious problems.
You do understand the time share owners of Casa Ybel have no ownership of anything but the 2 bedroom condos they have been deeded by the week.
The Mariner developers sold all the amenities to a group of investors some few years ago without any approval by the time share owners at all.
As a matter of fact all owners were kept in the dark about the whole transaction?
Only one owner was informed, our long time almost permanent President Mr. Jackson, for 20 years who now has been awarded the title of consulting board member as a thank "thank you for keeping your mouth shot"
Our present board seems to have stalled out in every question asked them this last year by the owner’s web site you are now reading.
There has been no activity or suggestions for improvements from the present board.
All transcripts from board meetings verify that all items placed in question by Hilton, our management group, are approved with 7 "yea"s, a very nice board with 1 common voice. No flavors needed. Is that perfect?
The board members take pride in telling each other they do not read this owners web site; they say the information on this site is incorrect, (so why not do something about it and participate?)
We have so many honest owners that can see what is going on with out any communication with the owners.
3 of our 7 board members are now running again for the board. If you vote for:
Gala, Dremann, and Susan Walter, and they get back to the board, we have not reached first base at all, and are back to ground Zero with no communications with the owners at all.
You have 6 choices for gaining some activity from the board:
Ball, Geopfrich, Lincicome, McCarthy, Orsak, or Pommerenke.
Read their inputs to this web site and make your choice for someone you at least know is interested in Casa Ybel and its future.
Thank you
