Message:   I made the same exact comments a few years ago, in writing, about the pool area, the umbrellas and the general "no care 'attitude to I think her name was Kilpatrick[ the manager at that time].
The piles of towels is always unsightly and surely could be bagged and taken away a few times over the course of the day.I will be raising the isue this year if it is the same ,eyebal to eyeball, and see what happens.
I did not even get the decency of a reply, and I am an owner since 1984.
I complained that one of the umbrellas spines almost took my wife's eye out and said the $125? /week for the umbrellas in lousy/rusty shape was unacceptable and could cause lawsuits.....not a word of response.
I guess they do not care...mayhe I should have filed a lawsuit against "Billy" who wass i believe the owner of the rights to rent umbrellas.
I sadi at the time that it seemed like apretty lucrative business and they should at least provide newer umbrella'a and also umbrella without Panama Jackl or any kind of adveritising as it hurt the image of the Resort. No response
I might as well have written the complaint to my dog.
We are going for week 18 and 19 this year and my wife is already saying will they still have those rusty, dangerous umbrellas this year.
The more I think aboit that whole Mariner scam the more annoyed I get.
They sold those timeshare weeks as a timeshare Resort, with all the ameniies and facilities. not a timeshare condo and it really sticks in my craw, just like you, that thiose guys were able to pull off a sub division of the property and pool area, and management without owners knowing[at least I did not know].
