Message:   I am sorry, Lynn, that you have misinterpreted my attempts to jazz up our Casa Ybel resort.
I do appreciate your participation in communications with the owners, you are one of the two on the present FGH board (You and Pat Sweeney)that communicate with the owners, thank you, you are appreciated, don't stop. (I was only referring to the 3 leaving the FGH board).
You are correct that I have negative feelings towards Mr. Jackson. Leave it with that. Jackson lost our faith in him when he kept the secret from Mariner that we were about to be sold out to a new future with Hospitality. We could have stopped this vast loss of a united Casa Ybel with a purchase by 3500 owners. It was less than our outlay for Hurricane damages that we paid in one lump sum a couple of years ago.
And look at what we are faced with every day now.
Jackson kept up his attitude towards me by tabling one attempt after another regarding the use of a web site.

I have never expressed negative feelings towards the Hilton staff. I have always been getting along with them and they did try to make things better for us.
I have felt this friendship between us for more than 20 years. They had to follow Orlando. They would be the best staff available to us if we could manage our own affairs and hire a Director for our time share operation, but those plans fell through when we were decapitated and lost all our service areas, including the pool.

The Hospitality group has always been fair and accommodating; they received a wonderful offer from Mariner and took it. They would have been stupid not to!
Later they actually offered the board a deal saving the $100,000 we pay for just using the Hilton name, and accept them in a management role for less money.
The board felt it to be too dangerous to switch horses in mid stream. We have always realized that a deal between Hospitality and time share would eliminate a third party at the feeding table, and Hospitality needed to support Casa Ybel with more on top of what we pay them, so weddings and Thistle lodge should show a positive cash flow.

We each own parts of a Paradise, we need Hospitality to come up with a plan that will save us timeshare owners shipping a Million Dollars to Orlando each year and live together and start updating the resort with a well planned business co-operation.
I am not dreaming, I have brought this plan up several times with no acceptance, and our Hilton friends know they were to be hired into the continued running of Casa Ybel, because they are pros.

Let’s follow some owner’s suggestions and vote for Ball, Lincicome, and Pommerenke.
Rome was not built in one day; let us be hopeful in some cooperation to build Casa Ybel to a top rating with few complaints.
