Message:		Can you help me. I have been taking a zinc supplement over the last year or so. My daughter has advised me to seize my intake after reading an article in a womens magazine. According to this magazine zinc supplements can cause damage to the nerve endings. Can anyone give me any further information as I am not sure if this is true or not.
