Message:		I am the grandaughter of Irene Duncan. She left the island on June 10, 1945 when she married an American...my grandfather. Her father's name was Louis Outhey and her mother was Jeanne. She spent alot of her time in Thio, but there are relatives in Noumea. Charles Richard owns/owned a restaurant in Noumea. Some of her siblings names are/were Milo, Charles Richard, Denise, Yvette, and Coco (was his nicname) I have a list of Milo's children: Louis, Louise, Emile, Rose Irene, Lucette, Jean-Pierre, Max, Lysia, Patricia and Camille. I know that Lysia Outhey once lived in Tontoula. Any information would be greatly appreciated. SHe was young, angry and hurt when she left. Several family members wrote to her in the past, but she was too stubborn to read the letters until I expressed an interest in finding out about her family. Now she wants to know more...and I want to help her any way I can.
