My greyhound Nelson has had something similar. Sometimes for no reason he gets these blood red spots on his bare chest or bare butt. The first time it scared the heck out of me and I took him to the vet. The vet wasn't concerned. I think he said it was a blocked pore or duct? Sometimes the spot has a bubble of blood on it, similar to a blood blister. They have always faded and dissipated in a week or so. |
