Well, abuse comes in many forms and none of them are good. My abuse was that of myself and alcohol. My life has totally changed these past 4 weeks without drinking. I'm a much changed person. The best I can do now is to be there for others who suffer from this kind of abuse and others. It's not about us, you or me, it's what we can do for others. I hope we can get more people involved in our forums to discuss theses issues.
