Okay, we need a post for VALENTINE'S DAY!!
Alright...tell how you met the love of your life!! James and I met April 13, 1991 at Marshall University Scores competition. I was late and missed my test (go figure) and James' test was cancelled. A mutual friend introduced us and we talked for a couple of hours. It was like we had known each other our whole lives. God is so merciful and full of Grace that He gave me such a gift!!!

Okay, here goes. Tim and I met online through a internet singles site. We started talking via email, then telephone then we finally met about 2 weeks later on June 26, 2003.... I was hooked the moment I saw him. One year and two months later we were married. God truly does answer prayers. He blessed me with a wonderful husband and Nikolas a wonderful step-dad. |

I can't remember exactly how Jim & I met but we went to high school together. And yes, there was such a thing as high school waayy back then! We have been married for 36 years (37 in March)and that's longer than most of you guys have been alive!! |

Emmor & I met at Southside Pool when I was around 12 and he around 17. (too much of an age difference)Nothing sparked then. Many years later, I happened to have a fight with my boyfriend in Huntington and my girlfriend and I decided to go to the Red Fox Lounge in South Point. That is when I met Emmor again and we started dating. Boy, could that man dance!! Our first date was August 10, 1974 and we got married on February 14, 1975. |

 OK..........I plead the fifth! LOL, actually I met Tianne on November 29, 1974 and have enjoyed every day I've had with her ever since. She'll always be my little girl. And look what she gave me in return, a smiling, brilliant grandson, Jacob. And yes, I love James too! |

Rod and I dated in high school (that's where Robert became 'Rod'), then broke up the summer after graduation. We met again in June 2003 while I was visiting my niece at KDMC. I had gone to the cafeteria for some supper. Rod happened to be taking his lunch break at that time and we passed each other in the hall. We talked very briefly in the hall and started talking on the phone a few days after that. God was definitely with us during our dating experience in high school - it was so nice to date a Christian who had the same values as you. For God to guide us back together after so many years is amazing! Of course, God is amazing! We went through a lot of rough years and experiences to get to where we are now together. I thank God for allowing me to have a second chance with Rod. As I said during our wedding ceremony - he is almost perfect! |
