Well kids, here's the dates...... Wed 18/08 - ANU Bar, Canberra Thurs 19/08 - Wollongong Uni - free gig Fri 20/08 - The Brewery, Newcastle Sat 21/08 - Gaelic Club, Sydney Sun 22/08 - The Backdoor @ Panthers (all ages) - $13.50 3:00pm Wed 25/08 - Great Northern Hotel, Byron Bay Thurs 26/08 - Southern Cross Uni, Lismore Fri 27/08 - Sands Tavern, Maroochydore Sat 28/08 - The Rev, Brisbane Sun 29/08 - Troccaderos, Gold Coast 1/09 - Ballarat Uni 2/09 - Barwon Club, Geelong 3/09 - Corner Hotel, Melbourne - $10+BF 8:00pm 4/09 - Golden Vine, Bendigo 5/09 - Enigma Bar, Adelaide 10/09 - Prince Of Wales, Bunbury 11/09 - Amplifier Bar, Perth 12/09 - Paddington, Mt Hawthorne ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The NSW & VIC shows are supported by Triple M http://www.austereo.com.au/national/thirsty/2mmm.html http://www.austereo.com.au/national/thirsty/3mmm.html Performing with the Merc on these shows will be 78 Saab and Evermore. mmm yeah I hear ya Noni! With any luck they'll squeeze in a Dubbo show after the national jaunt - though they'd be pretty buggered. We can hope! Something to keep in mind though - last time I was whingeing about not being able to get into 18+ Merc gigs Phil offered me his ID, so you could always try that!!

It's self-titled.  I was hoping they could be a little more original. It there's one thing I hate, it's self-titled debut albums...It's petty, I know, but with their amazing grip on words, I was sure they'd think of something arty farty!  Noni |
