I get something smiliar that happens to me about two or three times a year. I can't move my neck at all, and I'm down for the count for the whole day. Suprisingly, it feels a lot better within the next day. I'm not sure if this is what you have, because my doctor says it is back spasms. That's pretty much the excuse everytime I go to the Doc with back pain. Hope it goes away soon, and that I don't get "back spasms" next weekend when me and Hal are digging in Sanderson. |

Thanks DJ Watever it is.. I DON"T WANT IT! I haven't really slept since friday evening.. I can't get comfee.... Just miserable.. I know.. Just like a woman to complain.. But it really is killin me.. Running out of pain killers.. and vodka ... I;m a mess! |

Hi Michelle, hope that you are better today! Suggestion, you might try a ThermaCare heatwrap, available at any CVS pharmacy or Walmart. They should ease the discomfort enough for you to be able to move around until it disapates on its own time. This helped me the last time I had something like this. Best Wishes until it passes.

Only this i can do is pee ! And thats only when I need to. CVS, heck i can hardly get out of bed or lift my head back to bed good morning i need coffee .. im out of coffee... this just stinks HAL ! bring me coffee!!!! |
