For those that don't get my emails the process is:
1. 18:55pm Meet at Central location near Waddo. (TBA)
2. 7:00pm Arrive at the guardroom TOGETHER to meet RAF sponsor.
3. Que in an orderly british fashion with your photo ID (No ID no entry).
4. drive to pool. On poolside, warmed up and ready to go for 7:30.
Bring: Pull bouys, drink, (fins & paddles if you have them), Band, sticks(I have some) and £3.
Band: Used for strength training. Cut up an old innertube, wrap around ankles and tie. Just tight enough to bind your legs without falling off or cutting off your blood supply.
Stick: Approx 8inch long stick used with catch-up drill
Sessions will be set for most standards.
Swim sets will have 2 distances, stonger/weaker swimmers. Approx 1700mtrs to 2500+mtrs depending on type of session.
