His voice is the thing I remeber most. It had a haunting solemnity to it that awakened something deep when you heard it. I remember sitting behind his cabin with the other called braves and hearing his story of his tribal name "Falling Branch". I remember his voice agian later in the brave ceremony -- he played good cop, Whitey played bad cop. There was something about that voice. If there is a recording of him reciting the Song of Mic-o-say, It would be great on this site. |
