If we Israelites or Jews was to send our tithes to Jerusalem on the third year, what year is to be the third year? And when will His chosen return to the land He has promised to the children if Israel and will the tithes be accepted? |

I do not know what the hebrew israelite teaching is on this matter, but the jewish teaching is as follows: There are several types of tithes and all are tied to the sanctity/holiness of the land of israel. Official tithing stopped when the temple was destroyed in 70a.d. and the jews were scattered throughout the world. Before that time, any jew living outside of the land of israel was not required to give a tithe. Since there is no temple, no established priesthood, and the land of israel is not completely sanctified, the laws pertaining to tithing have been suspended. There are some in israel who still leave portions of their land for the poor, etc...but there is no established system. Today those jews who still wish to tithe just give a portion of their funds to charity. Hopefully this brings you some clarity. |

I am not a rabbi so I will only speak about what I personally do. There is a box in my house that is dedicated to tzedakah. This is a common custom in most observant jewish homes and synagogues. We put money in the box and encourage guests to do the same. Once the box is full we do the following: 1. take the money and give it to a homeless person on the corner 2. give the money to various local charities 3. give the money to family and friends who are struggling and in need 4. send the money across seas to support other charities and groups that i am involved in. 5. give donations to various rabbis whose teachings I support. We do not do all of these at the same time. It varies based on what is happening with us at the time. Sometimes we will just walk down the street and give it to the homeless guy that is begging. Other times we will put a check in the mail for a local charity. As far as I know all 'orthodox' jewish synagogues charge membership fees. All members must pay monthly dues. The money goes to the maintenance of the synagogue (electricity, food, property taxes, etc...). The rabbi will get a small salary from the congregation, but many rabbis or at least many sephardic rabbis, still have other jobs. In an orthodox synagogue, no money is collected on the shabbath. The shabbath is a time of worship and it is only spent doing that. The dues, fees, offerings, etc.. all are mailed into the synagogue during the week or people stop by and pay the secretary. |

Where is it wrote in the book about giving tithes in the third year. Can anyone help. I would like to read that and find out what Israel was doing at the time. |

I know im a Israelite. but i don't practice keeping the laws, we are not taught this in our church. but i would like to get inline with Yah word. could you send me information, So my house and i can get in line with Yah word. The church i go to is ' Spiritual Israel church and it's Army 'Shalom |

My Question to you Rev. Are you really an Israelite or do you really want to be one? The reason I asked the question is because Israelites do not go to church. The truth
We are only what the earth shows us to be and as for the people in this room it appears that you all speak english that seems to be ya native tongue now that doesnt completely identify you but there are other factors the such as the evolution of you Many of us are very lost because we all search so we take these things that we are told rather than putting diown all books and papers and reradings and asking God the truth to lead us. I am lead by total truth you people also have been fooled by the bible and so therefore you also think God is on vacation and away but there is nothing new under the sun God has never changed and the world will never change man will be as man is today forever the truth is we people that are descendants of those african slaves have evolved into something else now we must follow the truth which is God and seek to identify who we are today surely we shouldnt follow a cult but follow God we do not need colors nor names to identify us god gives us new terms if we need names new colors if we need colors i prefer the super natural and so all of you p[eople designed to make believe that you need to be a jew a israelite a christian a crip a blood are all lost my people perish because of lack of knowledge. |

The entertainer, know one asked you to critique us. If you need some joy from a people, you came to the correct site. If you need to bring a people down. Go somewhere else! We seem to always get someone every once in a while who don't have the same understanding as we do and wants to disturb our soul. George: Go to the medicine cabinet. Open it and stop taking the the tablets with the H on it. Throw them away and learn how to pray to the Most Great. You need to realize that white does not all ways mean hate. You have white rabbits, white clouds and white golf balls; If you are lucky enough, go to your white wife and give her a kiss. I'm quite sure Hilter had a chance to kiss his wife with his hate lips. Woman represent love and I'm sure Hitler's wife did not approve of what he did to other white people. Shalom Cedric, What is your concept of God and what is your beleif system? Is the holy scripture or the bible used to justify your beleifs. I beleive in the oness of YHWH (God)and adherence to the commandments in the Torah. Nolasina |
