The "wish list" works three ways:

* buyers are asking for weeks to buy from you,
* owners to exchange with you, and
* renters looking for rentals from you.

I think you misunderstood the announcement about our "Wish List"
This section is called "Owner's Forum" and is paid by this web site as a communication link for owners to use at no cost when they seem to have some insights that could help the board in their work. We only have a few board members that are bright enough to use this free communication link, and they should be supported for their interest in communications.
Please go to the actual "Wish List" which is on the 6th shell on main menu.
It is organized by week as an assist to owners for switching out their unit if they happen not to be able to use their unit for the particular week they do own.
The charge is only $35 for a year's listing pays for the operation of casaybel.com of which "owner's forum" is a part for free use also.
If every one just added listings on their own they would be unpractical to use and waist expensive space and the cost for the web site woould go up du to needed extra jumbled up space.
