Hi,
I am trying to find out information about a big house (mansion) which was knocked down in the late 30s i believe in order to build orchard grove , clarence road, four oaks. I believe house may have been called grangemoor and was such a grand house it had a fountain inside the main entrance. I believe the house was owned by William Alfred Morgan an inventor. he died in 1944 at no1 orchard grove.
There are also references to Erdington ?
Any help or any direction on anyone that can help would be greatfully recieved.
