My great grandfather, Jehu Smith,and his wife Amy lived in Curbridge in the late 1800s/early 1900s. I have a picture of them from 1923 at their golden wedding with their 10 surviving sons and daughters and my father a small wriggling blur in the foreground.

My father grew up, joined the RAF during WW2 and moved away and we gradually lost touch with the family in Curbridge. I was reading the piece by Mr Mills in which he mentions his grandfather Gabriel Smith. One of Jehu and Amy's sons was called Gabriel. Is there any chance they are one and the same?

If anyone has any information which might help me get in touch with any of my lost extended family, I would be very grateful.
