Having trouble with your Bravenet Service? Before you post here, use the Search option on the right to search for the answer to your problem. Most problems have been answered previously.

I have copied and pasted the code into my notepad html file and have uploaded it to my host site. When I open the page, I see my introductory text and the the Bravenet Cast Your Vote image and link and the Free Vote Casters by Bravenet.com Link. What I don't see is the poll. Not one word of it is there. I simply don't understand what I'm doing wrong.
When I click on "View Service" the poll is sitting there exactly as I want it to appear on the web page.
I certainly hope there is a simple explanation to this.
That's the URL of the page with the Bravenet code in it. I thought it would appear in the first message I posted because I entered it in the Website URL on the Post form.
it looks like you have the code 2 times on your page for the service
I would take the code off completely
then go to your webtools section
click on the vote caster link
then you will be at your maintenance page for the service
then click on the copy/paste html link
and get the complete code for the way you want the service to display on your website
then place it on your site where you want it and publish again
the service will display that way on your page then you just click the cast vote link and you are taken to the vote page to vote.

I don't mean to sound ungrateful, because I'm certainly not. You have at least looked at my page and have attempted to help me. And I have done what you suggested multiple times, all to no avail. In fact, I have uploaded yet another page that is completely blank, except for the basic HTML and the copy and paste code I obtained from the Vote Caster Poll page.
I believe that I'm missing something entirely, but for the life of me, I haven't figured out what!!

You need to click the link that says 'Cast Your Vote' in order to see you poll. Once that link is clicked you and your users can see and use the poll.
If you wish for the poll to appear directly on your page please check our our Web Poll service - this service puts the poll directly on your page. The Vote Caster service displays on a separate page.

Woohoo!!!!! I KNEW it had to be something simple... something that I was or wasn't doing.!!! Thank you sooooooooo much Courtnie! :D I simply can't thank you enough for pointing out the simplicity of it to me... lol
I'll wander off into the sunset now shaking my head and chuckling at how easy that was. ;-)
