Thanks...I just bought unit 161 week 29. We rented a one bed one bach for week 29 the last two years and finally decided to buy a 2 bed 2 bath.

We own J163 week 28, (flat unit)the beach is blocked with the mangroves but you can still see the water. You won't be disappointed!

Have owned in unit 161 since inception. Find it more private and very quiet. Can see the gulf but not much of the beach. Can see west toward the pool but pool not visible from unit. Unit is much larger than earlier units with washer and dryer included in unit.
Have owned weeks 35 and 36 and find this time to be the best because of fewer people, no hassle at pool, much less traffic. Only had one interuption with charlie as all of us had the same problem.
