Anyone has had the Error 403 trying to view your web site

I tryied to view my site, and all I get is error 403, and I can't publish my web with a pro template. When I publish it, my old template shows. Please help!

Usually, the cause is that you decided to save your main page as index4803267.html, or SomethingSilly.html. It should be index.html

you know it could also be becuase of the file permissions if they are set to low then no one can see it
