Tina of Hollywood Music Television just recently set up a bravenet account for our paranormal team and when I try to log in with it, it says that either my username is invalid or my password is..but I know they are both correct...

make sure you are typing the CORRECT information

when more than 1 person has access to an account which would suggest not because so many people will no have access and more

anything can happen

if you need you may have to do a lost password and it will go to the e-mail address that is registered with the bravenet account


but again MAKE SURE typing in the correct login information with case sensitivity


otherwise contact peraon who made the account

You do not use the email address to log in to your account. You use the username that you defined when you registered.
