I'd just like to do a quick plug for the new weekly open mic acoustic night that has started in Central Station, Wrexham, every Monday. They have a few special guest booked over the next few months including Tim Rose and Nick Harper, but the open mic part is still going ahead.It's £1 on the door, but you even get that back if you perform! And the other week i heard that a member of two of Fairport even turned up to do a spot!
