I have to say I never really heard this either, save maybe "Street Life." If there is a perception of Eno's influence, perhaps that's Ferry's doings. I remember an interview with him once where he said that he wanted to show that Eno wasn't totally responsible for Roxy's "ethereal" sound (though I would say it was minimal after FYP).

Nope sorry Mike. Our ears hear different things; my left even hears different from my right for instance. Eddie rules on Stranded in my opinion. Took the band to a new level

I was actually thinking more of Street Life than the whole album.

Maybe wishful thinking on my part ?

I would choose Eno over EJ anytime.

Can see what you mean Mike! Was an interesting transition from one album to another, and I've always had a special liking for Street Life; was the song that got me into Roxy
