Hard to believe it has been 33 years since Manifesto was released. I listened to it tonight and essentially came to the same conclusions I always have: Side A is spectacular, Side B is so-so. But I had a new revelation. Paul's work on Angel Eyes is outstanding! This was never one of my favorite Roxy songs, and that infernal remix we were exposed to didn't help matters any. But I always sort of liked the original, and tonight Paul's drums really stood out.

Unless, of course, this is one of those occsions where I thought it was Paul and it was some other drummer. I am right, aren't I?
