Peggy was kind enough to let us know how she personally sold her Casa Ybel unit and saved money:

Thanks again for your help! We sold our timeshare at Casa Ybel by using Quit Claim forms we bought at Staples. Office depot has the same forms also. I called the Lee County Court House, the Deed department at Fort Myers and they sent me the tax forms via internet... Very easy to fill out and only cost $19.20 to record the deed at the Court House. Altogether it only took about to weeks to complete the sale with no further expenses... Hope this information will be helpful to other owners in the future... Peggy Michael, Candler, N. C. 28715
