As a director, I get the minutes of all of the owner's coffees. The most common complaints on Tuesday mornings are minor problems in a unit that could be easily fixed with a call to housekeeping or the front office. There is no reason for you to suffer or fret until Tuesday when the problem can be solved, usually in a matter of minutes. We are are fortunate to have very efficient maintence personnel at the resort and they are there to serve you. Don't be afraid to call!

Even if it's after hours or on a Sunday, please call.

Of course it was a late Sunday afternoon and we noticed our flat iron needed replacing. We called the Housekeeping number, which was closed at the time. Advised to call the front office. Within 5 minutes we had a brand new flat iron delivered to our door.
