My next week at Sanibel is starting week 39 Sep 26, 2008.
A letter was received today stating we might be assigned to other units due to the need for a concentrated working atmosphere during an outside painting job.
Are the owners of the loaners being paid for rental of their units?
I am wondering if the original system of maintenance unit weeks still is in effect? It was not mentioned in the letter from Cris Cain today.
Can someone on the board answer which weeks are the official maintenance weeks, I remember we from the initiation of Timeshare had more than one maintenance week reserved every year in order to accomplish the task of cleaning all units assigned for deep clean in at a reasonable rate.
Somewhere there is a list of each unit with its assigned maintenance week (with no occupancy of the unit). Can that be produced?
