We cannot use this space for rentals, as we already have an organised listing on the web.
WE DO NOT WISH TO ESTABLISH AN AUCTION ATMOSPHERE TO UNDERCUT OUR OWNERS WISHES TO RENT AT A REASONABLE RENT.
