The amendments have been approved. Prior to the date of the adjourned special meeting, sufficient votes were obtained to approve both amendments. The termination date of interval ownership has been eliminated and interval ownership of the FGH Association will continue until the owners vote affirmatively to end it. Directors elected in 2009 and future years will serve for a term of two years.

I believe I speak for all of the directors when I thank you for your interest and vote on the amendments and appeal to all owners to make a concerted effort to vote every year.

That is very good news, Lynn, about the continuation of the FGH Timeshare Association. I was getting quite concerned that apathy might prevent the amendment being carried.

I hope that the IJK association now decides to follow suit.
