Per the letter Casa Ybel sends out to confirm your accommodations: If anyone other than yourself will be occupying your unit Casa Ybel must have written authorization from you prior to the arrival date. Authorization should include, name , address, and telephone number of the party who will occupy the unit.

It has always been a good procedure to mail a letter to the Casa Ybel Front office, perhaps Chris, letting them know who will be occupying your unit if you are not using it.

It should have the name, address, and telephone number of the family members who will be using the unit (state week number and unit) letting the front office know who your guests will be (and how many persons) for the particular week.

It also serves as a receipt for the users when they check in.

You mail a copy of this letter to your future guests
as evidence that the reservations are made by you, and thereby communicated to the front office.
