It is very easy to rent your unit as an owner.
No contracts, you know whether it is rented or not at all times, and you receive your rental money up front, not weeks after the week has passed. I was told a couple of times: "Sorry, it did not rent"
You are contacted by phone or e-mail by the prospective renter. If you are many months ahead a deposit can do for a while, but be sure it is paid one month ahead or more by check or cash, most renters use cashier's check or money order (less costly), be sure you receive your money and inform www.casaybel.com to remove your listing to stop further calls. It does not cost extra to re-list your unit if something went wrong with the pay.

Be sure to write a letter to Casa Ybel

telling them (attention Astra Kruger) that you have made arrangements for (NAME OF RENTER)to occupy your week (wk # and unit) and give the name and address of the renter to be. Let them (Hilton Grand Vacation) know you expect the same excellent service you normally received will likewise be given to your guests.

Send a copy to the renter for them to use during check in, that's all!

Do always use subject and possibly ad "week" and "unit letter & number" for quicker location of your file. I receive so much junk mail on the side due to the long time we have been on the web. Now I do sort my junk mail by "Subject" at the end of the day since mail systems can make mistakes, and they do happen.
