Re: condition of our time share

In March I wrote about all my maintenance problems in three separate units in building I (158, 162 and 161) in January and February. It sound like they still have not been addressed. In four weeks in building I I encountered the following problems: broken washing machine, broken garbage disposal, closet door with no track, internet cord broken, light out in chandelier, master bedroom toilet stopped up, door to microwave oven cracked, side of refrigerator rusted, master shower full of mold, TV channel guide in unit manual wrong (for second year in a row), porch roof leaked 3-4 cups of water into 2 pots, 15 overhead lights shorted out in the middle of the night, trash found behind sofa, balloon found behind furniture, sand under the desk upon arrival, dirty dishes in the cupboard. I have been an owner since 1999 and definitely feel we need a more responsive management. management.

Re: condition of our time share

we just returned from week 45 I159, condo in excellent shape, last year we had a crack in the microwave shelf and the entire microwave was replaced within 24 hours of our contact with office. We have been guests at Casa Y bel for over 20 years, owners for 2, the resort has never been in better condition.[
