Rented 4 years in a row at Casa Ybel. Unit I typically rent from owner is occupied. Looking to see if any additional availability?

Like the old saying: Welcome to our church, but you are in the wrong pew.
If you had gone to "Owners Listings" and found week 7
you would find inventory a little thin, too many have rented from the Forum lately, we seem to have had the highest number of owners rentals since we started some 15 or more years ago.
The Phieffers offers the last unit at $3,000,($1,200 less than the front office is asking.) ($ 599- a day or almost $4,200 for that week.)
I see, however the front office now offers it at $3,600 (on sale $560 off) and a fellow owner is going to see a cut this week in his commissions from the front office, and the same owner has a new increase in maitenance fees on top!
We seem to be going the wrong way in this traffic.
No wonder the owners wish to rent their own units and
save some extra money for paying the higher maintenance fees.
If you wish a week 7, try our wish list, perhaps an owner decides to rent? and both of you will be $$$ ahead.
PS.
An owner at Sundial tells me his maintenance fees are
just a little more than $100- a week, plus tax and utility, probably running a total around $200.
He asked me what we are spending $800- towards?
We need to ask our board before the annual meeting!
