Maintenance time is scheduled for one full week each year for each unit in our Casa Ybel Resort.
From the start it was scheduled by not selling one of each of our units for a particular week for the year.
As a result the schedule was set up so each of our units was vacant each year for a full week named as "Maintenance Week".
This is not necessary a "noisy" week, except for times where a physical upgrade or "remake" was set up by the board for new funiture or other major changes such as carpet or other major changes in plumbing or wiring.
It is a needed procedure to keep all of our units up to high standards in our competetive world.

This schedule was delivered to us by management as follows:

F buildings ground floor (odd numbers):Week 36
F buildings second floor ( even numbers): Week 37
G Buildings ground floor (odd numbers): Week 37
G Buildings second floor (even numbers): Week 36

For some reason G 205, G 207, and G 221 are week 36
G 206 in week 37. G 208 in week 38.

H Building ground floor (odd numbers) week 38
H Building second floor (even numbers) week 39

Owners moving in after these dates should feel very honored to have a thoroughly cleaned unit.
