The person authoring the input asked me to cancel the input, which really was of no interest for the owners in general after many years of good service and ownership by both parties.
I had to ask the web master to eliminate the input, which only he can do through the owners of the program which we are using. We have no plans for a one track
ruling of the Forum.
We do not intend to raise old issues, and I found that the author showed a forgiving attitude in her wishes not to hurt our relationship with our sales personnel though many years.
I wish that they likewise will accept the fact that owners do have a right to sell their own units without
giving up 35% of their equity when selling their mostly long term investment at Casa Ybel privately.

Sales commissions are 25%, not 35% as quoted by Carl. The rental commissions are 35%. I think they are both plenty high.
