You will notice today that we have agreed with owners
to report rentals as they execute the transactions.
We had 4 rentals at Wednesday's 3 day update, now marked "Rented". Last week we had 14 activated rentals, and removed listings as usual from the listings instead. Today 4 rentals were reported for last 3 days and we now kept them on instead and marked them rented by "Rented" rather than removing the listings completely.
We hope to obtain a clearer understanding of what is available, and do not worry, it is easier to place a unit back to the market by switching 'Rented" to a rental price, if a renter runs away.
