Our family rented from an owner last year and loved Casa Ybel and Sanibel so much we are interested in maybe buying a timeshare. However, we have no idea what the actual costs are, aside from the initial "purchase price". It seems there is an annual maintenance fee (cost?) but are there other fees, too? Thanks!

Annual fees collected are approximately $1,000 depending on which unit you own. We purchased ours about 20 years ago and they were around $600 at the time. Hope this helps with your decision.
