A thought about using this Forum for rentals, exchanges, or sales:

This is not an up front space for guests looking for units.
It takes away from using this Forum for general conversations, and hundreds of ads would fill our costly space with listings without being numeric in sequence.
I hope you all understand.
I had a plan for adding a few Dollars in the yearly maintenance fees, and do the whole thing with no listing fees at all. Just keep www.casaybel.com maintained for use by all owners with no expense paying for listings.
Hilton did not wish to even air it, I wonder why?

Any suggestions?
