I have my unit under agreement to sell, and I don't know how to proceed from here. Any suggestions? I saw information about a Quit Claim Deed, but that doesn't warranty the property. Also - are fees pro-rated when owner sells?
I would prefer not to use an attorney because it will cost a lot. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you!

Try Wilkinson Title Agency I have used them to purchase units not to sell but I think they could answer your questions. My recollection was there were fairly priced.
