Looks like Frances Edwina, daughter of Isaac Bagnal (1802-1880) and Ann Eliza Conyers Bagnal (1800-1857). She would be the granddaughter of Revolutionary War patriot John Bagnal (1758-1825) and Mary Belton Bagnal (1767-1841) of Brewington, Clarendon County, South Carolina and John Conyers and Jean Nelson Plowden Conyers.
In Sumter District, SC in 1850 we find in Household 225:
Isaac Bagnal 48 M Planter

Martha A. 20 F
John C. 18 M Student
C. E. 16 F (Is this Emma Mariah?)
Susana C. 14 F
Frances E. 11 F
Caroline G. 9 F
Isaac M. 6 M
Clarendon County was re-formed in 1855 from part of Sumter District. In 1860 Clarendon County we find Household 587:
Isaac Bagnall 58 M Farmer
Edwina 21 F
Cornelia 19 F
Moultrie 15 M

I am the great-great-grandson of Isaac's brother John Belton Bagnal.
