*This product is a bleach alternative. Bleach is a problem in our waterways because when it gets sent down the drain to the sewage treatment plants, it mixes with organic compounds and creates dioxins. Dioxins have been shown to be harmful to the environment, animals, and people causing hormone disruption which affects reproductive processes. I will add this content to our cleaning section soon, but in the meant time to get a few going, here is how I use Oxygen Pro (Generic at Safeway).
Stain cleaning clothes:
clean stain out with soap and water as much as possible and when it does not come out all the way, put warm water on the spot and pour the powder right on the spot to cover it good. If it does not feel like the water is affecting the powder, add a few more drops of warm water, let sit for a few hours or all day if the stain still does not come out.
Brighten Clothes:
Add 1 scoop to the wash. Let the wash soak. Do this by putting in on a soak cycle or by pausing your washing machine for a little while like 1/2 hour.
