Organic Eggs/Produce at Farmers Market

Did you know if you go early to the farmers market, you can get organic, free range eggs from some of the farmers? They sell out fast, so you probably have to there early. There were some available from Tunitas Creek Ranch, but they may be ending their season now.

The farmer right next to them, named Orlando, has eggs too. I bought some this morning. He is certified organic and his chickens free range and eat mostly bugs, grass, and leaves. His produce looks great too and he had some artichokes today. He is a new (Possibly struggling) organic farmer her on the coast near Phipps Ranch.

He takes and re-uses any strawberry baskets or produce boxes. Give them to him at the market. I have heard other farmers will take back boxes too and re-use.
