Organic tea, hot chocolate, marinades at Farmers Market

I talked with the the owner of Sunny Side Organics at the Farmers Market last weekend. He sells some very nice organic tea and fair trade/organic hot chocolate called Satellite Organic Mayan Chocolate. He comes from Berkeley to have a booth at our market. His cacao is raw (not cooked like most) and is made from the Criollo cacao bean. Apparently, the Mayans used this bean for thousands of years until it got replaced by the higher yeilding hybrids used by the giant chocolate companies. This particular bean is not as widely grown and is just coming back into use. It is higher in polyphenol antioxidants than the standard cacao beans.
Anyway, interesting story if you want raw cacao with higher antioxidant value than most. I bought some and I like it.
