Homeless

Homeless people are not always allowed into the homeless shelters. People harassed them. They throw rocks and sticks. Police hassle them. Teenagers make fun of them and mercilessly beat them as if they were theirs to own. What is the answer?
Our government can only do so much. They continue to tax us because of the homeless. They tax us for those who try to do better and those that don't. Why should we pay for this? Where are the churches? Is there anyone who cares about our species? Close the shelters, feed and house a homeless person, open your doors. Stop being paranoid. It funnels the homeless peoples living options one way. Down.
Why do we harass the homeless? They are often unsightly and yet some are not. But the world is their home. How do you look at home? Perhaps you look put together but not as much as you would outside. We place a high mark on those who look good though those that don't often offer more to the world. What of meaning do we have over a homeless person?
Our sticks and stones we throw. And our words are ever hurting. He's homeless because he's lost his mind. She's nothing but a slut. They're lazy. In this land men have put 100's of job applications out and gotten not one call. They were not talentless or uneducated nor lazy or disabled nor insane or slow they just didn't have something already. No money? Sorry we don't want you working here. Perhaps these men have too much pride and don't go for jobs below their talent. Perhaps we have good-looking fools in the positions the homeless should have.
The police . . . We pay for them too, don't we? Stop committing crimes. Don't speed and the cop doesn't need to be there. Don't break laws and treat homeless people with love and respect and we won't have to pay so much to have them spoken with. Police shouldn't bother them anyway. Homeless people walk the streets, let them, it should be their right since they sleep outside. The outdoors should be considered their home. Police can't walk around your house and ask you what you're doing. Why allow them to do so outside?
Teens have gotten out of hand. Kill them. That's what used to be done to rebellious teens. Death sentence immediately. Educate them. That's what we should do now but we don't. We give them school a prison full of BS shoved down their throats by corrupted school teachers and books. A weak system followed by weak people. Dropouts get no jobs and get homeless. They drop out because of the pressure and the twistedness of the public school system. They drop out because they are strong enough to get out and be away from that wrong thing. Break the system, make it new. If everyone stopped doing what they were doing and went against the grain the flow would change.
Those, teens or adults, who beat homeless people should by law be subject to a single year of not being allowed a place to rest; jail or otherwise. Perhaps, being stripped of possessions would teach them what a person actually does or doesn't own. Perhaps, the difference of how one treats a person differently than a possession would be taught as well. They should not be beaten however, it defeats the purpose. Those who have been beat should be allowed to live where the beater would live.
