I still feel lousy feeling very fatigue, but better then yesterday I felt my worse health sucks I say.......

I am still in shock, to how I survived this extremely high blood pressure... Half of it is mainly to do with stress as paramedics advised me , plus my pain as been stressing me out a lot and amongst other stuff too......Plus my medication as caused my blood pressure to go high - Plus my CPOD there as been changes in my condition for that has well...

Then I suffered a blood clot that was caught in time in August 2020, as I got a positive D-Dimer due to my VTE blood condition and bone problems that begun in July 2018......

I will check in every other day or possible week, I will post probably Tuesday or Wednesday....

At the moment, I have been fussed over.... I am strong and I will get through this.... I am so lucky to live this, because it can be serious and can cause organs to close down ......

Anyway I am steroids now 6 a day only temporary, at the moment thats not a permanent medication it will be on and off..... My blood pressure is permanent medication along with my medication I take .... I was never a ill person apart from lung problems from 2002 onwards due to smoking - Plus amongst other stress on top too as not helped....

I have only occasionally go on social media since f
alling ill last weekend.... A bad way to start 2021 but I will get there......
