Someone posted a little "Why do I come here" on the message board and I wanted to talk about what this site is and why I started it.

I am sorry some users don't like my site. But, I think that people have it a little wrong about what this site started out as.

This site is something that I put up a few years ago for my family in ohio to see what I am doing in texas.. I miss them all and family is very important
to me. I'm sharing with them and keeping in touch without having to email them pictures all the time. I don't sell anything or make anything off the site as you all know.. I don't advertise it or actively try to get people to come here. But, One day I started getting hits that I didn't look for OR expect. I am glad to see that there are others interested in my stuff and seeing what we / I have and are finding.. I never tried to get a "following" or even a "CLUB" Its just a lot of people with the same interests
that all happened to find my little site that I had up for my family to see me.

Sorry the message boards are a little boring.. But, I am glad that people are using this message board and sharing with everyone. I would love to see more people using the board. It looks like there is allot of reading and not allot of posting.. But, atleast its being used! It is here for people to use whenever they want to.

Anyone is welcome to share and post, I put this up for you guys and gals to use. Just a little something because I haven't seen many message boards for hunters you all to chat on.

The site is maintained only by me and I update when I can. Wish the site was more lively myself.. But, the pictures are just my little stuff for my family in ohio to look at and see what I am up to. But, ofcourse you are all welcome here too !!!!

Sorry its pretty boring.. But, its just some of my goodies.. Yall are ALL welcome to share ideas and I would be willing to try to get this place more user interesting.

Hey Michelle,
I love the site as well. I just started coming here a few months ago myself. You posted my very first find for me. I just found another nice spearhead near the other spot a few weeks ago. The tip was broken but the working is very nice. Broken it about three inches long. If you are like me and everyone else you probably don't get to hunt as much as you would like. The website will only be as good as the people who contribute to it. I will soon send you my second find to post if you want. An arrowhead website takes patienc much like searching for arrowheads I would think. There won't be great news all the time. Thanks for keeping it going especailly for newbies like me. David
